About The Owner

All Phase Builders was started by Bill Buckleman in 1985 after realizing he enjoyed the aspects of working with people and the satisfaction of project accomplishments. Bill is a long time resident of the area and graduated from Sequoia High School in the 1970's. Soon afterward he entered into his carpenter's apprenticeship and began learning the trades. After starting All Phase Builders and obtaining his contractor's license, Bill's intention was to grow a respectable company. He knew to do that required the customer's satisfaction and their willingness to refer him to future customers and homeowners.

In addition to having a keen business sense, Bill has also been involved in a local law enforcement capacity since 1993. Bill has long believed in strong morals, values and responsibility. The culmination of these beliefs and experiences has attributed to the long success of the company and helped him to understand the working mechanics and gain respect of local Building Departments, municipalities and top government officials.
